Open Day One full tee times, TV Channel info, stream and more from Portrush

The Open Championship kicks off in the early hours of Thursday morning with two-time winner Padraig Harrington kicking off proceedings.

Excitement is fever pitch on the North Coast of Ireland with hometown hero returning and receiving plenty of adulation while 2019 Champion Shane Lowry comes into the tournament with plenty of form.

The tournament is a complete sell-out, with tickets being snapped up in record time, and play gets underway on Thursday morning.

The tournament takes place at Royal Portrush Golf Club.

What Irish are playing?

Shane Lowry and Padraig Harrington will represent the Republic of Ireland while Tom McKibbin, Darren Clarke and Rory McIlroy represent Northern Ireland.

Harrington and McKibbin will tee it up at 6.35 am, Darren Clarke is out at 7.52 am, Shane Lowry will be alongside Scottie Scheffler at 10.09 am and Rory McIlroy tees it up at 3.10 pm

Sky Sports Golf and Sky Sports Main Event will have wall-to-wall coverage starting from 6.30 am and you can stream it through their app or NOW TV.
