Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn -
After a wait of two-and-a-half years, Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn are finally set to clash in the ring. The British boxing sensations were supposed to face off back in October 2022, but the match was cancelled after Benn failed a drug test.
He has since had his suspension lifted and is now allowed to fight in the UK. However, he's got a tough task ahead as 'The Destroyer' will be moving up two weight classes for the middleweight showdown against a fighter who is a seasoned pro in the boxing world.
Anthony Yarde vs Lyndon Arthur
Anthony Yarde and Lyndon Arthur are gearing up to meet for the third time in an attempt to settle their rivalry once and for all. The pair first clashed back in 2020.
In a thrilling encounter, it was Arthur who clinched a razor-thin split-decision victory. They met again a year later, with Yarde brutally knocking out his rival in the fourth round in London.
Four years on, both men will be keen to put on another impressive show on such a big stage.
Liam Smith vs Aaron McKenna
Smith hasn't stepped into the ring since his defeat to Eubank Jr in September 2023. He was scheduled to make a comeback against Josh Kelly last September, but had to withdraw due to illness.
Now, the Liverpudlian is eager for a chance to set things straight as he squares off against Aaron McKenna in a high-profile showdown in north London. Meanwhile, McKenna, Ireland's top middleweight contender, will be aiming to deliver a career-defining performance in his biggest fight yet against Smith.
Viddal Riley vs Cheavon Clarke
A die-hard Tottenham Hotspur supporter, Viddal Riley is set to put on a dazzling show at his favourite football team's home ground. After an impressive amateur career, Riley is gradually making his mark on the world stage.
At 27, the Londoner remains undefeated in 12 bouts, but faces a challenging opponent in Cheavon Clarke. Interestingly, it's not just a title at stake, but also north London bragging rights, as Clarke is a devoted Arsenal fan.
The cruiserweight pair are set to battle for the British title in what promises to be an exciting match.
Chris Billam-Smith vs Brandon Glanton
Chris Billam-Smith is keen to bounce back after his second career defeat in November, when he was beaten by Gilberto Ramirez in a WBO and WBA cruiserweight unification bout. He's eager to return to world title contention with a victory over Brandon Glanton in north London.
A rivalry has been brewing between the two since Billam-Smith apparently snubbed the American when they met before Billam-Smith's fight with Lawrence Okolie in Bournemouth in 2023.
Predictions for Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn
Ricky Hatton: "Chris will be boiling himself down a little bit. The last time he did boil himself down a little bit, he ended up stepping in with Liam Smith and got knocked out. That will help Conor. It's really 50/50 to me but I, knowing Nigel like I do and Conor like I the self-belief that Conor has. He has that real self-belief and drive and will to succeed like his Dad did. I think that might give him the edge. So I'm gonna go with Conor."
George Groves: "I'm working the broadcast so I don't want to give a specific prediction, or I'll be accused of bias further down the line! I think what you see is what you get with both fighters. We won't see something we don't expect. Benn will come out strong early on, trying to land something in the first few rounds. Eubank needs to survive that pressure and box his way through that situation. I think Eubank deserves to be favourite. When the fight was first made two years ago, I fancied Eubank, when it got remade, I thought, maybe Benn beats him? Now, I think Eubank. He's got to be the favourite on what we've seen for this fight."
Chris Eubank Jr: "I know what's coming. I've prepared my whole life for these moments. I've put the time in. I've dedicated decades to this sport. I've done it all without cheating, without cutting any corners, and I'm proud of that. The mentality I have, the experience I have, and the fortitude and the will is what I will be using on the night to take out my adversary, Conor Benn."
Conor Benn: "This is what I do. I love this game. This is what I live for. This is every fighter's dream when they turn professional - to live this life. There's no more pressure than a 19-year-old kid with no amateur experience walking out to a packed O2 Arena. That's pressure. I've been doing this for ten years, and I'm more than prepared and more than ready. There is no pressure. I live for this. I've had the fight over 100 times in my head. For me, it's just focusing on my training. Removing myself from my comfort zone, my familiarity, my family, and fully dialing in. I'm not going to lower myself to Chris and go back and forth. All that PR is done. I'm excited to get in there and put my hands on him."
