Pakistan vs Bangladesh 2nd ODI, LIVE Cricket Score: Play stopped due to lightning between BAN vs PAK in Dhaka
PAK vs BAN 2nd ODI Live Score, Bangladesh vs Pakistan Live Cricket Score Updates: Pakistan's top scorer was Maaz Sadaqat, who scored a 46-ball 75 in only his second ODI. The game's biggest talking point was the controversial run out of Salman Ali Agha.
· The Indian Express · JoinPakistan vs Bangladesh (PAK vs BAN) 2nd ODI Live Cricket Score Updates: Bangladesh are 27/3 with Shaheen Afridi picking up two wickets before the break. Earlier, Pakistan have set Bangladesh a target of 275 in the second ODI at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur in a game that featured a controversial run out of Pakistan’s T20I captain Salman Ali Agha. Agha was run out for 64 when he was at the non-striker’s end and tried to pick up the ball to give the Bangladesh bowler Mehidy Hasan Miraz. But Miraz picked the ball up before Agha could reach it and threw it at the stumps before appealing for a run out. Agha was fuming at that appeal, but it was a legal dismissal within the laws of the game, and Agha was out of his crease, so he had to walk back. Including that wicket, Pakistan lost their final seven wickets for just 43 runs
Before that wicket, Agha and Mohammad Rizwan had stitched a 109-run partnership for Pakistan after coming together when Pakistan had lost three wickets with 122 runs on board. Two balls after Agha’s wicket fell, Rizwan departed too.

BAN vs PAK 2nd ODI Match – Live Cricket Score, Full Scorecard: Watch Here
Earlier, Maaz Sadaqat had scored a 46-ball 75 to help Pakistan reach the 100-run mark in just 13 overs after they were asked to bat first by Bangladesh in the second ODI. Losing their first wicket for 103 is a much-needed improvement for Pakistan, considering they were bunded out for 114 in the first ODI.
While Bangladesh are unchanged, Pakistan have brought back Haris Rauf in the side after losing the first game by eight wickets earlier this week. Pakistan’s defeat in the first ODI had earned them copious brickbats back home in what was an extension of the fury directed at the team for crashing out in the Super 8 stage at the T20 World Cup.
Bangladesh are looking to wrap up the ODI series with another win today, while Pakistan will want to show that they are made of sterner stuff than it came across in the first game where they were bowled out for 114, their lowest total batting first against Bangladesh. With the ODI World Cup coming up, Pakistan are trying to find players who can shore up their side and had fielded four debutant batters (Sahibzada Farhan, Maaz Sadaqat, Shamyl Hussain and Abdul Samad) in the first ODI.

Afridi got rid of Shanto here. It was a delivery on the middle and off-stump and kept a tad bit low, and the ball skidded onto the stumps. The Pakistan attack is breathing fire here. Bangladesh needs a partnership. It is not a massive target they are chasing, they need a bit of smart cricket to get these runs.

Salman Ali Agha is run out and this will be a talking point for many months after this game!
Miraz bowls the fourth ball of the 39th over to Rizwan, who defends the ball. The ball rolls towards Salman Ali Agha at the non-striker's end. He's out of his crease. And Miraz runs to the ball which Agha stops. before Agha can stoop down and pick up the ball, Miraz picks the ball and throws it at the stumps!
Agha was trying to help the bowler there by picking the ball up and handing it back when Miraz got there first, picked up the ball and threw it at the stumps.
And Agha is furious! He lets out some words of anger at the Bangladesh bowler as he walks back. Hs flings his helmet and his gloves just as he crosses the ropes.
You could see how angry Agha was at the decision of the Bangladesh players to stand their ground and appeal for the wicket. They are within their right to ask for Agha to be dismissed. But as Ramiz Raja says on commentary, "not sure this is within spirit of the game."

Pakistan vs Bangladesh 2nd ODI Live: How ex-Pakistan cricketers reacted to game 1
There was plenty of anger in Pakistan after their defeat to Bangladesh in the first ODI.
Former Pakistan wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal said he was left embarrassed by the performance.
“I swear to God, batting like this doesn’t even happen in club cricket. Club cricketers don’t play this badly,” he said before adding: “It felt like one team was international and the other was a club side playing a practice match before a World Cup. I called Basit (Ali) and couldn’t find words to describe what kind of cricket we were playing.”

Basit Ali did not spare the team management. “First, shoot the man who told them to score a minimum of 60 runs in the ten powerplay overs,” he said. “He never played cricket on a ground. He just hands over a piece of paper. Did he not see what conditions are like here? Did he not know that even India have lost in Bangladesh?”
