IND vs ENG 5th T20 Match highlights: Sam Curran’s 3/36 from four overs helped England to beat India by 56 runs. Earlier, Jos Buttler 131(64) and Harry Brook 95(45) helped England to get to 257/3 from 20 overs after Indian skipper Shreyas Iyer won the toss and opted to bowl first against Harry Brook’s England in the fifth and final T20I at The Rose Bowl in Southampton on Saturday. The visitors have already lost the series after their loss in the previous game at Bristol

Well, a side which was almost impossible to beat has now lost six games in a row. Today was a better day in terms of the bat in the second half, but the bowling completely capitulated in the first innings. Ishan Kishan and Tilak Varma batted well, but they did not get quite a lot of support from the other batters. Sanju Samson looked good for his cameo, but it was not meant to be for him either today. Ishan Kishan has fallen here, trying to hit Adil Rashid through the mid-wicket region. It is a massive wicket under the circumstances. Given the amount of time he has spent in the middle, he had to go on and make an innings of substance like Buttler did in the first innings, if not as many, at least an 80-90 would have kept India in the game for a long time.
