Two Argentina players seized from playing Messi’s farewell match

Argentina are scheduled to face Benin Republic on October 6.
The Serie A club said long travel and logistical concerns were behind its decision not to release the two players.
Dybala and Molina will instead return to team training ahead of Roma’s league match against Como on October 11.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano wrote on X:
“AS Roma state they will not let Dybala and Molina travel to Argentina for Leo Messi’s farewell game on October 6.
“No intention to allow an international, long travel due to logistics, with Dybala and Molina to be in team training next week.”
