Semenyo talks about self-belief ahead Ghana’s World Cup games

Ghana’s Antoine Semenyo says that although the English team is star-studded, the Black Stars believe in themselves and will shine at this year’s World Cup.

“But we believe in ourselves,” he said confidently after acknowledging that England has a good squad

Ghana has been paired with England, Croatia and Panama.

The Black Stars begin their World Cup journey with a game against Panama on June 17 in Toronto.

Analyst believe that the outcome of that game will set the right or wrong tones for Ghana in the 2026 World Cup.

Speaking on an interview, Semenyo indicated that the stars are putting all their World Cup disappointment behind them and focusing on moving forward this time around.
