2026 WAFU B Girls Cup: We are ready to face Togo – Black Maidens assistant coach

Speaking ahead of the game, Quagraine said the team will not change its style of play.
“We play our original and it’s going to be the way we play. We are going to play according to our plan,” she stated.
Quagraine also admitted that Togo will be a tough opponent and a familiar one for Ghana.
“This is not the first time we are playing Togo. We played them during our qualifiers. They are a tough opposition, but I think that we will put our strategy down and make sure that we become victorious,” Coach Quagraine noted.
She said the tournament has also helped the team identify areas they need to improve before the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
“It has opened our eyes. We have seen our faults. So I think that we will do a lot of corrections and then we are going to the World Cup properly,” she added.
The Black Maidens will hope to continue their strong run in the tournament when they take on Togo on Monday.
