Brentford set EPL record with 3-0 win over Chelsea

The Bees produced a strong second-half performance to secure a comfortable victory.
Jaidon Anthony, Igor Thiago and Fabio Carvalho scored to keep Brentford unbeaten after five matches.
“At half-time, he (Andrews) just wanted us to increase the intensity and keep believing,” Anthony said.
“Fab [Carvalho] told me a couple of days ago that I was going to score, so I’m really happy with that one. It was an unbelievable feeling.”
Keith Andrews’ side now have nine points from their opening five Premier League games.
The total is better than Brentford’s previous best start to a top-flight season after five games, when they had eight points in the 2021-22 campaign.
