He reached his fifty in just 25 balls, setting the tone early with aggressive intent and fearless strokeplay that immediately put the opposition under pressure.

After settling in, Abhishek accelerated in brutal fashion, bringing up his hundred off just 47 balls. His innings was built on clean hitting, smart shot selection, and relentless attacking intent as he dominated both pace and spin with ease. He first shared a 97-run opening stand with Travis Head, laying a strong platform for the innings.
Following Head’s dismissal, Abhishek combined with Ishan Kishan to add a further 79 runs for the second wicket, maintaining the momentum throughout the middle overs. He eventually finished unbeaten on 135 off 68 balls, striking 10 fours and as many sixes, powering Sunrisers Hyderabad to a commanding total of 242 for two.
In response, the Sunrisers restricted the Capitals to 195 for nine, handing SRH a comprehensive 47-run victory. With their third consecutive win, SRH climbed to third place in the points table with eight points and a net run rate of +0.820.
