Nottingham Forest Wembley FA Cup semi-final ticket information as Reds prepare for historic day
by Nicole Haynes · NottinghamshireLiveNottingham Forest are off to Wembley for the first time since 1991. The Reds beat Brighton in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Saturday, March 29 and will now face Manchester City in the semi-finals.
Forest overcame Brighton and Hove Albion 4-3 on penalties following a 0-0 draw after 120 minutes at the AMEX Stadium. The last-four tie will be played across the weekend of April 26 and 27, with Aston Villa playing against Crystal Palace to determine a second FA Cup finalist.
Discussing their win this weekend and their upcoming trip to Wembley, goalkeeper Matz Sels said: “We’ll look forward to another game in this competition. It’s been a few years since the supporters have been to a semi-final so we’ll look forward to it as a team, hopefully we can go there and do something greater.”
While the all-important ticket information on Nottingham Forest's allocation and prices is still to be confirmed, some details have been confirmed.
How can I get tickets?
Tickets to the event will be sold by the competing clubs. Last season, each club received 34,000 tickets each for the FA Cup semi-final.
While the date is yet to be confirmed, match tickets will usually go on sale at 10am on the relevant date specified and can be purchased on Nottingham Forest's e-ticketing platform or via telephone.
On its website, Nottingham Forest outlined the ticketing process for FA cup semi-finals. It said: "Season card holders will have priority first. This process will continue until all the match tickets are sold or all season card holders have had reasonable opportunity to apply for a match ticket.
"Once the season card holder sales period is complete, home MyForest members will be invited to apply. Subject to availability, for non-season card holders or non-members, additional match tickets may be made available however this will be dependent on the individual sales criteria for any potential semi-final or final."
However, this is just an outline and exact details are yet to be announced. Alternatively, Forest fans can make it a day to remember by buying hospitality packages and premium tickets via Experiences by Wembley Stadium.
