Jaiswal dragged a delivery off Marco Jansen in the 6th over to his off-stump, which brought the curtains down on his innings. Despite a slow start, the southpaw managed to score three boundaries to get his scoreboard ticking before he was sent packing. Before the IND vs SA 1st Test, Jaiswal registered scores of 17, 5, 0 and 28 against the Proteas, with the first two knocks in Centurion in 2023 and two in Cape Town.
