Mitchell Marsh walked into the IPL 2025 clash between Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) in red-hot form. After hammering a 36-ball 72 in his LSG debut against Delhi Capitals and another fluent fifty against Sunrisers Hyderabad, he was expected to wreak havoc once again. But Arshdeep Singh had other plans.
Arshdeep Singh gets Marsh
Bowling with precision and smart variations, Arshdeep struck in just his fourth delivery of the match. It was a brilliantly disguised slower ball, back of a length on middle and leg. Marsh, looking to continue his aggressive intent, swung through too early, only to get a top edge that ballooned straight up. Marco Jansen settled under it at mid-on and safely completed the catch, sending the in-form batter back for a golden duck.
