Chris Eubank Jr was discharged from hospital on Monday after his unanimous points victory over Conor Benn at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday.
Eubank Jr underwent precautionary checks after beating fellow Briton Benn, who was released from medical care on Sunday and posted a video on social media of himself back in the gym, in their middleweight grudge match.
Sky Sports television reported the pair had ended up two beds down from each other at the Royal London Hospital.
Promoter Ben Shalom, whose Boxxer feed on X reposted Sky's report of Eubank's discharge, earlier confirmed the winner was doing well. He dismissed reports the fighter had suffered a broken jaw.
"Great news," said Benn, responding to Sky's report.
