UFC wants to remind you that Josh Emmett can end a fight at any second.

Or maybe it just wants to clown on Bryce Mitchell for all the dumb s—t he’s been saying online (perhaps a little bit of both). Either way, the promotion released Emmett’s destruction of Mitchell at UFC 296 back in late 2023, which sent “Thug Nasty” into convulsions.

It remains uncomfortable to watch.

Emmett, 40, makes his return to the Octagon for the first time since planishing Mitchell when he collides with Lerone Murphy atop the UFC Vegas 105 mixed martial arts (MMA) event this Sat. night (April 5, 2025) at the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
