De Los Santos, 25, can still win the strap with a victory in “Old Dominion.” Davis (13-0, 9 KOs) tipped the scale at 139.3, 4.3 pounds over the allowable limit. As for De Los Santos (16-2, 14 KOs), he clocked in at 134.7 pounds.

“I’ve been making this weight for over four years now, I just outgrew the weight,” Davis said after the weigh ins mishap. “I tried, I just outgrew the weight.”

Davis is a -650 favorite on the moneyline against +450 for De Los Santos, according to CBS Sports. The over/under for total rounds is 10.5, with the over at -200 and the under at +145. The odds on the fight going the distance is holding steady at -170.
