TT Brothers has called on the Black Stars to stop living on past World Cup success and focus on proper planning for the 2026 tournament.

The Ghanaian football administrator, whose real name is Isaac Tetteh, believes the team must treat the next World Cup as a fresh challenge, not a repeat of old glory.

Ghana is in Group L alongside England, Panama, and Croatia, with the Black Stars opening their campaign against Panama on June 17 at BMO Field.

“To be honest with you I think that if all of us we plan that this World Cup we want to show the world that what we we did 2010 in South Africa we can do it again or improve better than 2010 thhis is a good test to us," as aired by Peace FM.

"One thing we have to know is that football has changed. I am telling you if you if you get two or three players who are good and are very consistent in football you can change many things. So if you are going to a game and you say this country the history that we have not beaten them before or this country we have beaten them they cant beat us all these things are in the past.

"It is a lesson for us all that is why our brothers Nigeria couldn't qualify for the World Cup there are little things that they think they are on a hig level and dont respect the smaller countries that smaller country will surprise you,"

As part of preparations, Ghana will face Germany in a friendly match in March before heading into the tournament hosted by the US, Mexico, and Canada.
