GPL: It will be difficult to beat Aduana FC – Medeama boss Ibrahim Tanko admits
· GhanaSoccernetThe head coach of Medeama Sporting Club, Ibrahim Tanko, has admitted that his team’s next game in the Ghana Premier League against Aduana Football Club will present a difficult challenge.
The Yellow and Mauves are scheduled to host the team from Dormaa on Friday, February 13, in a Week 22 fixture of the ongoing 2025/26 league campaign.
Previewing the match, Ibrahim Tanko backed his team to take all three points at the end of the contest but stressed that it would come at a high cost because of the quality of the Aduana FC team.
“We managed to go to the next round of the MTN FA Cip but the league game is always different. Aduana is coming with a very good team, a very good technical team behind them.
“We are playing at home, and so we are going to control the game; we are always going to create chances to score. It’s not going to be easy, but I’m sure the boys are ready to keep the points here,” Tanko told Medi TV in an interview.
The Week 22 league fixture between Medeama SC and Aduana FC will kick off at 4:30 pm at TnA Stadium.
