Chaos in Nsoatre as players exchange punches during Kotoko’s defeat to Nsoatreman FC

There was chaos at Nana Konamansah Park on Sunday when Nsoatreman FC defeated Asante Kotoko 1-0 in the Ghana Premier League.

The Week 19 encounter of the Ghanaian top-flight league campaign was marred by an exchange of blows between some players.

The incident happened after some spectators alleged to be supporters of Nsoatreman FC threw objects at the bench of Asante Kotoko.

At a point, Asante Kotoko players including captain Justice Blay and goalkeeper Mohammed Camara exchanged blows with some of the players of Nsoatreman FC in a bizarre incident that took away the shine of the match.

Justice Blay was also caught on video throwing objects into the stands.

On the matchday, a solitary strike from Gabriel Bonnah in the 81st minute propelled Nsoatreman FC to a narrow victory against Asante Kotoko.

Both Justice Blay and Mohammed Camara received red cards, leaving the away team to finish with 9 men.
