Hearts of Oak defender Baba Adamu has declared the Phobians fully prepared for their Ghana Premier League clash against Berekum Chelsea, as the team looks to build on the momentum from last weekend's Super Clash victory over Asante Kotoko.

Adamu's header at Baba Yara Stadium secured a 1-0 win over Kotoko, lifting Hearts from fourth to second place in the standings and closing the gap on league leaders Medeama SC to just five points.

Speaking ahead of Sunday's Matchday 23 fixture at the University of Ghana Stadium, Adamu emphasized the positive energy coursing through the squad.

"We are very confident [ahead of the game against Berekum Chelsea], especially after the win we had in the super clash against Kotoko last week," he said.

"It has motivated us so well, and I know we will want to keep the consistency."

"So we are well prepared for that game."

Hearts will face a Berekum Chelsea side currently ranked 14th in the league standings. With confidence high and preparation complete, the Phobians are eager to extend their winning run and maintain pressure at the top of the table.
