Heart of Lions striker Kwadwo Obeng Jnr has set sights on securing victory over former Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League.

Lions, who are currently third on the Premier League standings faces a daunting task as they travel to face Hearts of Oak in matchday 19.

The much-anticipated clash has been scheduled to take place at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Friday.

“To win this game, we have to be determined and work hard. Hearts of Oak is a strong team, but if we are able to push harder, we will emerge victorious at the end of the match” he said.

Meanwhile, the enterprising forward has declared himself ready for the crucial game ahead after recovering from an injury.

“I’m fit for the Hearts of Oak game. I picked a knock so I couldn’t feature in our last game. But I have recovered and ready to play against Hearts”

Lions sit third on the Premier League standings with 33 points, whiles Hearts of Oak occupies 5th position with 30 points.
