Stoke City have completed the loan signing of English-born Ghanaian winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi from Crystal Palace, bolstering their attacking options for the final third of the 2025/26 Championship campaign.

The 23-year-old joins the Potters until the end of the season, bringing pace, directness and proven Championship productivity to Mark Robins’ side as they push for a strong finish.

Rak-Sakyi will wear the number 21 shirt at the bet365 Stadium.

Rak-Sakyi, who is eligible to represent Ghana through his heritage, has already built an impressive resume despite his young age.

He has made six Premier League appearances for Crystal Palace and was a key contributor for Sheffield United last season, scoring seven goals in 22 Championship starts as the Blades reached the play-off final.

Earlier this season, the winger gained further experience abroad during a loan spell with Turkish Super Lig side Caykur Rizespor, where he registered four goals and one assist in 11 appearances, passing the milestone of 100 senior career games in the process.

Stoke Sporting Director Jonathan Walters described Rak-Sakyi as a long-term target, highlighting his consistent output and exciting style of play, which he believes will quickly resonate with the club’s supporters.

Rak-Sakyi, a former England U21 international, expressed his delight at joining Stoke City, stating that the club’s ambition and support system provide the ideal environment for him to showcase his qualities and help the team achieve its objectives.

The move offers Rak-Sakyi a fresh platform to rediscover his best Championship form, while also keeping him firmly in the conversation among Ghanaian fans tracking diaspora talents across Europe.
