Jennifer Cudjoe thrilled to join Brooklyn FC’s bold new journey

Black Queens midfielder Jennifer Cudjoe has expressed her excitement after joining Brooklyn FC, describing the move as an inspiring step in her football journey.

The 31-year-old midfielder, who previously featured for DC Power FC in the 2024/25 Gainbridge Super League season, made 10 starts and clocked nearly 900 minutes of play. Her experience and composure in midfield were key highlights of her time with the club, and she now looks forward to bringing that same energy to her new team.

“Brooklyn FC is building something truly new and ambitious in American soccer, and I’m excited to be part of it,” said Cudjoe. “I’ve competed in incredible environments across my career, and I can’t wait to bring my experience, energy, and love for the game to this club and this community.”

Cudjoe’s leadership and skill are expected to make her a central figure in Brooklyn FC’s growing project. She will be eligible for selection when Brooklyn FC face her former side DC Power FC on November 8.
