Winfred Dormon hails Dreams FC performance in FA Cup semi-final win over Medeama

The head coach of Dreams Football Club, Winfred Dormon, has heaped praise on his players after their MTN FA Cup semi-final victory over Medeama Sporting Club.

The Still Believe lads put up a top performance on Saturday at the Swedru Sports Stadium, securing a hard-fought 3-2 triumph over the Yellow and Mauves to book a place in the final of the competition.

Speaking in his post-match interview, Winfred Dormon shared his delight and applauded the performance of his players.

“I’m extremely excited that these boys have given us this kind of performance. We started the season slowly, and we began to pick up. At a point, we realised we cannot win the Premier League, and so we changed priority to focus on the FA Cup, which we have won before. If you look at our run, we have towed a very impressive run, and I want to take this opportunity to commend the players,” Dormon told Max TV.

Now through to the final, Dreams FC will be aiming to brush aside Nations FC to claim what will be their second FA Cup trophy.
