Black Princesses hold final training ahead of WAFU B U20 clash with Benin

The session, which lasted two hours, took place on November 6, 2025, and saw all twenty players participate fully after a long journey to Benin. The team focused mainly on light technical drills designed to aid recovery and fine-tune fitness levels ahead of Friday’s encounter.
Head coach Charles Sampson and his technical team appeared satisfied with the players’ energy and sharpness as Ghana prepared for their first competitive outing since qualifying for the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup.
Ghana will face Benin in the tournament’s curtain-raiser on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 09:00 GMT in Porto-Novo.
The WAFU Zone B U20 Women’s Cup will run from November 7 to 11, 2025, bringing together some of the region’s top emerging talents as teams battle for regional glory.
