Ghana midfielder Musah Mohammed has delivered an emotional farewell message to Turkish side Bodrumspor following his move to Super Lig club Goztepe in the winter transfer window.

The 24-year-old, who spent three and a half seasons with Bodrum, took to Instagram to thank the club and its supporters after completing his transfer.

In his statement, Mohammed described the departure as a difficult but necessary step in his career, writing, “As of today, I am leaving the club where I took my first step 3.5 years ago; to pursue bigger goals and to go after stronger challenges.”

“As I move on, I leave behind countless precious moments and memories; from our club’s first-ever promotion for Süper Lig to many other successes that will stay forever in my heart and my mind,” he stated.

The Nkawkaw native also extended gratitude to teammates, coaches and staff, adding, “I would like to sincerely thank all my teammates, coaches, and the club staff who fought and supported me all along the way.”
