Hearts of Oak coach Didi Dramani lauded his side’s 'good control and pressing' following their 0-0 draw against Aduana F.C. in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

Despite failing to score, Dramani emphasized that his team imposed their style on the match, limiting Aduana’s ability to build attacks from the back and maintaining their positional discipline throughout the contest.

“It’s a difficult ground, but we came here to contest the three points. I think we deserved all three points, not just a single point," Dramani said after the game.

"I think we controlled their transitions and kept our game, our identity, in terms of our positional play and how we were able to press by not allowing them to play from the back.”

The draw keeps Aduana F.C. atop the league with 28 points, though they have played two more matches than second-placed Medeama S.C.

Hearts of Oak, meanwhile, climb to third with 25 points, keeping pace in a tightly contested top-four race.

Hearts now look ahead to upcoming fixtures, aiming to convert their controlled performances into victories to close the gap on the leaders.
