Mohammed Kudus provides positive injury update ahead of Manchester United clash

Tottenham Hotspur forward Mohammed Kudus has given a positive update on his recovery ahead of Saturday’s Premier League encounter with Manchester United on Saturday.

The Ghana international missed Spurs’ 4-0 Champions League victory over Copenhagen on Tuesday after picking up a knock in training earlier this week. He was not part of the matchday squad but was seen in the stands supporting his teammates.

When asked after the game about his fitness, Kudus said: “It’s getting better, yes.”

The 24-year-old has been one of Tottenham’s most influential players this season, starting every league match so far and registering four assists, the joint-highest in the Premier League.

If declared fit, Kudus is expected to return to the starting lineup, with manager Thomas Frank eager to have his star attacker available for the high-profile clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
