The team led by Carlos Queiroz are expected to arrive early Monday morning, before holding their final training session for Wednesday's crucial game.
The Black Stars will travel without experienced midfielder Thomas Partey, who was denied entry to Canada over allegations of rape and sexual assault. The 33-year-old's has been in and out of court in the UK due to the allegations. Partey has pleaded not guilty against all charges.
Meanwhile, that is not expected to affect his tournament and the rest of the team as Ghana remains focused ahead of their group games.
The Black Stars will be hoping to get off to a winning start in Toronto against Panama, before returning to the United States for the games against England and Croatia.
Ghana qualified for the World Cup after finishing top of Group I of the qualifiers, winning eight matches and drawing one and losing one.
