Christopher Bonsu Baah on target as Al Qadsiah draw 2-2 with Al Shabab

The talented winger started the Round 29 fixture for his team and lasted the entire duration of the contest.
In a game played at the Prince Saud bin Jalawi Stadium, Al Qadsiah enjoyed a strong start and led after 16 minutes into the first half.
A good attacking play saw Mateo Retegui setting up Ghana’s Christopher Bonsu Baah, who fired an unstoppable shot into the back of the Al Shabab net to put his side into the lead.
Despite the strong start, the hosts failed to maintain momentum, allowing the visiting team to grow into the contest.
In the 35th minute, Al Shabab equalised through Ali Azaizeh to restore parity to the game before halftime.
Later in the 54th minute, Ali Azaizeh netted his second of the night, giving the away team a 2-1 lead after he was assisted by Abderrazak Hamdallah.
In the pulsating encounter that ensued from there on, Bonsu Baah and his Al Qadsiah teammates kept fighting and managed to score through Mateo Retegui in the 76th minute to force the match to end in a draw.
With his goal on Tuesday, the Ghanaian now has three goals and eight assists in the Saudi Pro League after making 27 appearances.
