NPFL: Niger Tornadoes receive Nafiu boost ahead of Nasarawa United clash

Niger Tornadoes have received a boost ahead of their Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, matchday six encounter against Nasarawa United, following the return of forward, Nafiu Obalowu, from injury.

Obalowu had picked up an injury in the Ikon Allah Boys tie against Warri Wolves.

The forward has now recovered and is in the squad for Sunday’s encounter at the Lafia City, Stadium.

However, defensive midfielder, Akade Hannafi, has not recovered in time and will play no part in the game.

Both players were forced off after picking up knocks in the same fixture against Warri Wolves.

Tornadoes will be hoping to improve on their performance when they face Nasarawa United away.

 Kabiru Dogo’s side are without a win in the last four league games this season.
