Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool will go head to head in the Premier League this weekend

Both Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are expected to have players on the sidelines when they meet in the Premier League this weekend.

Spurs will host the reigning Premier League champions at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday evening as they look to bounce back after their 3-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest last weekend.

Thomas Frank's future as Tottenham manager has been the subject of speculation in recent weeks, particularly after the loss to Forest last week.

The Spurs boss has been dealing with several injury concerns ever since he was appointed as Ange Postecoglou's successor in the summer.

Liverpool are also dealing with several players being on the sidelines due to injury, while both clubs also have some members of their squad unavailable due to participating in the Africa Cup of Nations.
