Jude Bellingham and Antonio Rudiger in furious Real Madrid 'training bust-up' before Arsenal

Jude Bellingham and his Real Madrid teammate Antonio Rudiger reportedly had a heated exchange during training just days before their Champions League quarter-final second leg against Arsenal.

The Gunners take a 3-0 lead to the Spanish capital after a dominant first-leg performance in north London last week. Bellingham, though, acknowledged afterwards Madrid are "still alive".

"We've got 90 minutes of football," he told Amazon Prime post-match, "and anything can happen at the Bernabeu," regarding Wednesday's second leg.

Madrid will have to stage one of the most remarkable comebacks in the competition's history to reach the semi-finals at Arsenal's expense.

However, tensions are reportedly running high in Madrid, with claims of a training ground altercation between Bellingham and Rudiger.

Spanish media outlet El Chiringuito reports that the incident happened last week before their La Liga match against Deportivo Alaves.

Bellingham was purportedly incensed by a tackle from the former Chelsea player during a small-sided game, which ended early to separate them.

Both players featured in Sunday's win, in which Eduardo Camavinga scored the only goal at Mendizorrotza.

Madrid, though, were reduced to ten men soon after taking the lead when Kylian Mbappe saw red after a late lunge on Antonio Blanco.

Rudiger started and helped Madrid keep a clean sheet, with Bellingham coming on midway through the second half to see out the victory.

Carlo Ancelotti rested the England international from the start before his involvement from the bench became necessary to secure the result.

Madrid remain four points behind league leaders Barcelona before they meet for potentially the final time this season next month.

That date falls a fortnight after they face each other in the Copa del Rey final.

However, they may still meet again in the Champions League final. Madrid, though, must overhaul their three-goal deficit to do so.
