Is There a ‘Stranger Things’ Players Manual? Here's How to Play ‘Stranger Things’ in Dungeons & Dragons

So, is there an actual Stranger Things Player's Manual?

· Cosmopolitan

Stranger Things finale has come and gone, but that doesn't mean that we're actually ready to say goodbye to Hawkins just yet. Sure, there's a spin-off series in the works, but what we would really love is to actually get to experience Hawkins for ourselves. And with the show's finale ending on a Players Manual, we're all wondering if there's a chance we can experience the series as an actual campaign that we can play. After all, Dungeons & Dragons is a huge part of the series. So is there a way to actually mix both?

Here's everything we know about that Stranger Things players manual.

Unfortunately, there actually isn't a real life Players Manual for Stranger Things at the moment. But the show was inspired greatly by the series with the Mind Flayer, Vecna, the Demogorgons and more all coming from Dungeons & Dragons. So, while you can't actually buy a Players Manual to play, you can definitely still create your own game inspired by the show by using existing information. There used to be a starter set that also included a campaign by Mike called Hunt for the Thessalhydra that is still available on D&D Beyond, which features character sheets for the character's original characters in season 1.

Are there any other cool Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons collaborations?

Yes, there is one new box set that came out right before season 5 called Welcome to the Hellfire Club that is still available. The set is perfect for newer players who are looking to get into the game or hardcore fans who miss Eddie and want to check out more of his adventure. It includes character sheets for those like Will the Wise and also includes four different scenarios to play. And, there is still Demogorgons! So while it might not be a 1:1 for what happened in Stranger Things, at least it's super fun to play!
