‘Lincoln Lawyer’ Renewed for Season 4 at Netflix

The Lincoln Lawyer” has been renewed for Season 4.

Netflix confirmed the news in a post on X on Tuesday. The popular legal drama show is based on the book series of the same name by Michael Connelly. Season 4 will be based on the book “The Law of Innocence” and will consist of 10 episodes. Production is slated to begin in February.

Manuel Garcia-Rulfo will return as Mickey Haller, with Neve Campbell set to appear in all episodes of Season 4 following a limited presence for her character, Maggie McPherson, in Season 3. Along with Garcia-Rulfo and Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, and and Angus Sampson will also return for Season 4.

Per the official description, “Mickey Haller (Garcia-Rulfo), an iconoclastic idealist, runs his law practice out of the back seat of his Lincoln, as he takes on cases big and small across the expansive city of Los Angeles.”

David E. Kelley created the show for television and serves as an executive producer, while Ted Humphrey developed the show for TV and serves as co-showrunner and executive producer along with Dailyn Rodriguez. Connelly is also an executive producer on the show along with Ross Fineman, Barry Jossen, Tana Jamieson, Matthew J. Lieberman, Gladys Rodriguez. A+E Studios produces the series for Netflix.

“The Lincoln Lawyer” has been a solid performer for Netflix since it launched back in 2022. The most recent season debuted on the streamer in Oct. 2024. It has made consistent appearances in Netflix’s weekly Top 10 chart with each season. The show has received good reviews from critics, as well, with the three available seasons holding an average 90% critical approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
