Anna Kournikova welcomes fourth child with Enrique Iglesias at 44
· New York PostCongratulations are in order for longtime couple Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias.
The former tennis sensation, 44, welcomed her fourth child with the Grammy-winning singer, 50, earlier this month, sharing the joyous news Monday in a joint Instagram post.
Captioning the post, “My Sunshine 12.17.2025,” the couple’s new bundle of joy is seen swaddled in a blanket beside a stuffed animal.
The proud parents did not share further information about their baby’s name or sex.
Kournikova and Iglesias, who have been together since 2001, share 8-year-old twins Lucy and Nicholas, and daughter Mary, 5.
News that Kournikova was expecting first emerged over the summer, with the Spanish outlet Hola reporting in August that the former world No. 8 was halfway through her pregnancy.
The Russian athlete, who stepped back from the spotlight after retiring from professional tennis in 2003, offered a rare glimpse into her private life in October when she posted a Halloween photo with her family.
“Anna and Enrique are happiest when they are home with their family,” a source previously told People.
Years before Kournikova called it a career, she reached No. 1 in the rankings for doubles in 1999, the same year she and Martina Hingis of Switzerland won the final at the Australian Open.
They earned another Grand Slam title together at the same event in 2002.
Much like Kournikova, Iglesias has also adjusted his professional schedule to prioritize his home life.
“He loves his fans and loves to tour, but as he has gotten older and become a parent, it has been harder for him to leave,” a source told People of the Spanish singer. “He will never forsake his fans, but being a dad is very important to him.”
