Wembley crowd let Tommy Fury know exactly what they think of him after Molly-Mae split

Tommy Fury, the younger brother of heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury, was met with boos from the Wembley crowd during his first major public appearance since his split from long-term girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague. The 25 year old took the negative reaction in his stride, playing up to the crowd who continued their jeering.

In contrast, his older brother Tyson, also known as the Gypsy King, received a warm welcome and was greeted with cheers.

This marked Tommy's first significant public outing since his highly-publicised break up from influencer Molly-Mae, whom he met on Love Island in June 2019. The couple share a one year old daughter named Bambi and were engaged prior to their recent separation.

There are rumours that Tommy, who is actively pursuing his own boxing career, and Molly-Mae may be attempting to reconcile. He addressed the split at an event leading up to Saturday's heavyweight clash between Anthony Joshua and IBF world champion Daniel Dubois.

When asked for an update on his life, he responded: "Quite a lot to be honest... A lot's been happening, some good some bad, but media's going to be the media at the end of the day. But let's talk some boxing.", reports the Express.

"I'm excited to be at Wembley and I think it's going to be a great night of boxing. I'm looking forward to every single fight on the card and I think there's going to be some explosive fights going on."

"I'm a fighter at the end of the day," he declared. "All the other stuff on the side is stuff I've picked up through life but I've spent my whole entire life being a fighter so that's what I want to do and get back to."

Tommy Fury has expressed his eagerness to return to the ring in December. Intent on ramping up his career, he's aiming for five to six bouts annually, hoping to invigorate his impressive streak.

His last victorious match in October 2023 against YouTuber KSI solidified his unblemished 10-0 record.

When prompted about potential opponents, Fury was open-minded: "Anybody! The obvious ones are out there that everybody knows."

He conveyed a clear desire for worthy adversaries: "I do want to fight a proper fighter I don't want to mess around with all these idiots. I want to get back in the ring and perfect the craft properly and get some more fights going."

In his personal vlog titled Come On A Day In My Life, Fury shared glimpses of his disciplined lifestyle. "Apart from spending time with Bambi and my family it's like, I'm literally so regimented," he commented.

Highlighting the importance of discipline in his sport, he added: "And I feel like in this job that's what you've got to be. You've kind of just got to live in a hole and all I do is train, eat and sleep. I always want to get the best out of my session so therefore I need to make sure my recovery is as good as it can be."
