Hassan has described South Africa as one of the top teams in the tournament, but says they are targeting nothing less than maximum points.
"Every match is important, and we respect all the teams. The South African team is one of the strong teams, but we are playing to achieve positive results. We play to win and earn the three points."
"The way South African national teams play is similar to the clubs' style, but we are ready. We have faced their clubs multiple times through Al Ahly, Zamalek, and Pyramids.
"We also outperformed South Africa in the 1998 Burkina Faso tournament, and God willing, we will repeat that achievement."
He continued, "All the Egyptian players are ready, especially the goalkeepers. I have confidence in all of them, and they are all capable of guarding the national team's goal.
"I trust all the players, and each match requires a different playing style. My role as head coach is to correct any mistakes that may occur during the game."
