Schedule released for Golden Knights, Mammoth playoff series

Game 1 of the first round series between the Vegas Golden Knights and Utah Mammoth is set for Sunday, the league announced Thursday.

The first round will be aired locally on Vegas 34.

Game 2 is set for Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.

The teams will not only have an extra day between Games 2 and 3 for travel to Salt Lake City when the series resumes at Delta Center on Friday, but will have an extra day between Games 3 and 4.

Game 4 will be April 27 with a time to be determined. Times will be unveiled for Games 5-7 if the series gets that far.

The Knights will have home-ice advantage in the first playoff matchup between two of the newest teams in the NHL. They clinched the Pacific Division title after the 4-1 win over the Seattle Kraken on Wednesday.

Utah, in its second season since relocating from Arizona prior to the 2024-25 season, clinched the first wild card in the Western Conference while finishing in fourth place in the Central Division.
