John Eustace names Derby County team to face Coventry City as Jeff Hendrick decision made
by Leigh Curtis · Derbyshire LiveJohn Eustace made two changes to his Derby County starting XI as the Rams went in search of a second successive Championship win as Frank Lampard returned to Pride Park with Coventry City tonight.
Ryan Nyambe returned to the starting XI in place of Kane Wilson who drops to the bench after the latter delivered a man of the match performance in the 2-1 win over Blackburn at the weekend.
Matt Clarke also comes back into the team at the expense of Sondre Langas who had to come off at the weekend during the victory over Rovers.
In goal is Jacob Widell-Zetterstrom behind the back three of Nat Phillips, Clarke and Craig Forsyth. Nyambe is expected to play at right wing-back while Callum Elder will take up the same role on the opposite flank.
In midfield, Ebou Adams will join Liam Thompson and Harrison Armstrong in Derby's engine room with Marcus Harness expected to play just behind Jerry Yates.
On the subs bench is new signing Jeff Hendrick who recently sealed his return to Pride Park. He is joined by fellow subs, Wilson, Tom Barkhuizen, Kenzo Goudmijn, Kayden Jackson, Jake Rooney, Josh Vickers, Owen Eames and Charles Agbawodikiezu.
