The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face Russia in an international friendly at the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium on Tuesday, 6 October, DAILY POST reports.

The Nigeria Football Federation announced the fixture on its official X handle on Tuesday, saying it would be the “second meeting between both nations in 16 months.”

Nigeria and Russia will meet in an international friendly on October 6, 2026, at the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium, following their last encounter in June 2025.
