  • Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has set out Apple's future roadmap
  • We've got 10 product launches predicted within the next few months
  • The next device we see could be the M5-powered iPad Pro

Last week was all about the iPhone 17 and the other three smartphone models launched by Apple, but there are plenty more devices on the way in the coming months – as revealed by one of the more reliable tipsters in the business.

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman can usually be relied upon for accurate Apple rumors, and in his latest Power On newsletter he sets out the post-iPhone 17 roadmap, which takes us through the rest of 2025 and into the first part of 2026.

First up is a new iPad Pro, sporting an OLED screen and powered by an M5 chip: Gurman thinks it could launch as early as October. After that the schedule is less fixed, but a minor update to the Apple Vision Pro and a successor to the Apple AirTag are mentioned next.

Then we can look forward to an updated Apple TV box, with improved performance and networking capabilities, plus Apple Intelligence. Similar upgrades are tipped to be coming to a new HomePod mini, which could appear around the same time.

Continuing into 2026

Into 2026, and Gurman predicts that an M5-powered MacBook Pro is going to show up "early next year". The MacBook Airs will then get their own M5 upgrade, following on from the M4 MacBook Air that launched earlier this year.

The final three products (if you're keeping count) are a new Mac external monitor – Apple's monitor lineup last got an update in 2022 – then an iPhone 17e to follow the iPhone 16e, and the smart home hub that has previously been rumored.

Once we've got through all of that, it'll be time to start thinking about the iPhone 18 series. There are rumors that the iPhone 18 launch could actually be split across 2026 and 2027, with different models launched at different times in the year.
