Redmi Turbo 5 Max release - Dimensity 9500s SoC, 16GB RAM, 512GB storage and more from ~ (~RM1412)

Redmi today launched the Redmi Turbo 5 Max in China with a 9000mAh battery, and it is the world's first smartphone to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset. The Dimensity 9500s chip is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

For heat management, the device is equipped with a large vapour chamber, while its 9000mAh battery supports 100W wired charging and 27W reverse wired charging. It also uses the Xiaomi P3 chip for fast charging and the G1 chip for battery management.

Moreover, the Redmi Turbo 5 Max features a 6.83-inch 12-bit AMOLED display using M10 lighting material with a peak brightness of up to 3500 nits. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and a 480Hz touch sampling rate. It also comes with an in-screen 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and a 20MP selfie camera.

Additionally, the rear camera system uses a dual-camera setup with a 50MP Light Fusion 600 main camera that supports OIS, along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The device runs HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 and supports stereo speakers, an infrared sensor, dual-SIM, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, NFC and a waterproof and dustproof rating of up to IP69K.

Furthermore, Redmi Turbo 5 Max is available in Auspicious Cloud White, Ocean Blue, Sunshine Orange and Shadow Black colour options and is priced starting at CNY 2499 ( ~RM1412 ).
