Redmi Turbo 5 Max has officially been launched in China at a starting price of Rs CNY 2,499 (around Rs 33,070). The phone is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset and a large 9,000mAh battery. You can check the full specification details below:

The price of the Redmi Turbo Max starts at CNY 2,499 (around Rs 33,070) for the 12GB and 256GB option, and CNY 2,799 (around Rs 37,051) for the 12GB and 512GB storage option. Meanwhile, the 16GB and 256GB and the 16GB and 512GB variants can be purchased with a price tag of CNY 2,799 (around Rs 37,051) and CNY 3,099 (around Rs 41,022), respectively.

The device is currently available for sale in China via the official Xiaomi online store in three shades-Auspicious Cloud White, Ocean Blue, Sunshine Orange, and Shadow Black color options.

Specifications

The highlight of the Redmi Turbo 5 Max is that it’s the first smartphone of the brand to equip the Dimensity 9500s SoC that comes with 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The smartphone is packed with a large surface vapor chamber to keep the device cool, which makes it suitable for gaming.

Another thing that draws attention to the device is it’s massive 9,000mAh battery and has Xiaomi P3 fast charging. The battery is claimed to support 100W wired charging, 27W wired reverse charging and features G1 battery management chipsets. It runs HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 out of the box.

The Redmi Turbo 5 Max features a large 6.83-inch AMOLED 12-bit display with up to 3,500 nits of peak brightness, which is possible due to the M10 luminescent material. The display also supports a refresh rate of 120Hz. The notable features of the screen includes HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, and a 480Hz touch sampling rate.

The device sports a dual-camera setup with a primary 50MP Light Fusion 600 sensor with OIS, and an 8MP secondary ultrawide lens. At front, it has a 20MP selfie camera.

The device is equipped with a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner at the front.

The Redmi Turbo 5 Max features stereo speakers. The other features of the device includes an infrared sensor, dual-SIM support, up to an IP69K rating, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, and NFC.
