2025 Honda Livo launched in India, carries a price tag of Rs 83,080 for base variant
by Pratyay · KalingaTVHonda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the 2025 Honda Livo in India and it carries a price tag of Rs 83,080. The updated version of the scooter is dearer by Rs 1400 and the engine is compliant to OBD2B norms. The new Honda Livo is offered in two variants. While the lower variant is the drum brake, the top variant is the disc brake.
The 2025 Honda Livo was launched way back in 2015 and the motorcycle has received minor updates till now. The motorcycle remains mechanically same as earlier. It is now OBD2B compliant. The 109.51cc engine generates 8.9hp of maximum power and 9.3Nm of peak torque. There is a 4-speed gearbox on the motorcycle.
When it comes to the electronics, the 2025 Honda Livo gets a digital dash which is an upgrade from the digi-analogue unit. The new functions are real-time mileage indicator as well as distance to empty feature. We continue to get service due indicator, side stand engine cut-off sensor on the motorcycle.
The Honda Livo now gets three new colour variants. There are two new variants and it includes Drum and Disc variants. The price of the drum brake variant is Rs 83,080 and it has increased by Rs 1429. On the other hand, the disc brake variant costs Rs 85,878 and it has increased by just Rs 227.
Honda has also revealed the price of the Activa electric scooter named ‘Active e’: at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The electric version of the popular Honda Activa scooter can be bought at a starting price of Rs 1.17 lakh and reaches up to Rs 1.52 lakh. The company started accepting bookings for the scooter earlier this month. The deliveries will start from February 2025 in Bengaluru and from April 2025 onwards in Delhi as well as Mumbai.
