Samsung officially announces the unveil date of new Galaxy A series devices, know details about the event

Samsung will be launching the new Galaxy A series devices very soon and the company has officially teased about the launch event. The unveil date is March 2, 2025 and it is likely that two new smartphones of the A series will be announced. Earlier leaks have revealed that there would be three devices in the unveil event and it would include Galaxy A56, A36 and A26.

Samsung is calling the event as Galaxy A launch event and has not yet mentioned any specific device name. It can be safe to assume that there is ample possibility of the launch of A56, A36, and A26 devices.

According to the teaser image of Samsung we can spot two devices and it can be assumed that two devices might get unveiled in the event. The third device might be added later. Samsung India is now offering to register your interest in the event.

If rumours are to be believed, the A56, A36 and the A26 will be offered with 6.7-inch display along with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels. The A56, A36 devices will be offered with in-display fingerprint sensors while the A26 will get a power button. Speaking about processor of the devices, the A56 will be powered by Exynos 1580 chipset. In terms of RAM, the A56 gets 8GB of RAM while A36/A26 models will offer 6/8GB RAM.

In terms of camera setup, the Galaxy A56/A36/A26 devices will have 50MP primary cameras with OIS. A 12MP ultrawide camera will be offered on A56 while the other devices will offer 8MP ultrawide. Macro cameras on the Galaxy A56, A36 and A26 devices are 5 MP, 5 MP and 2MP respectively. In terms of OS, all the three models are rumoured to offer One UI 7 based on Android 15 out of the box.
