Rumors have been spreading that the company is working on the device and will offer it in a single RAM/storage configuration: 8/128GB. A leak report have revealed some of the specifications of the rumored Nothing Phone (3a) Lite device.
Nothing Phone (3a) Lite in the making
According to the leak report, the device will likely come in a single RAM/storage configuration: 8/128GB and two colour options of black and white. However, the smartphone might get new RAM/storage configuration and colour options in the future.
The Phone (3a) Lite will be the newest addition to the series, which consists of the basic version and the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro, which was launched in July.
The Phone (3a) Lite is said to be launching globally, including in India, before the end of this year. Unfortunately, this is everything that’s been leaked so far, so we have no pricing information, nor any more details about its specs.
Undoubtedly, though, all of that is coming soon through subsequent leaks, now that the floodgates have opened. The name Nothing Phone (3a) Lite implies it will be the lowest-end and cheapest model in Nothing’s own-brand lineup, but perhaps positioned above the CMF brand’s offerings.
Nothing Phone 3a
Nothing Phone 3a sports a 6.7-inch flexible AMOLED display with 1,080×2,392 pixels resolution, a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and up to 3,000 nits peak brightness level.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, coupled with up to 12GB Of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. The handset runs on Android 15-based NothingOS 3.1 and is slated to receive three years of OS upgrades and six years of security patches.
For optics, the Nothing Phone 3a has a triple rear camera unit, comprising a 50-megapixel Samsung 1/1.57-inch main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter, and a 50-megapixel Sony 1/2.74-inch telephoto camera. It has a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
It has a 5,000mAh battery with 50W wired fast charging support.
