Following earlier confirmations from the company regarding its eventual US release, consumers can now purchase the device directly through Samsung’s online store and its network of retail partners across the country.

This launch follows the introduction of the Galaxy A36 in the United States a few months prior, with Samsung having previously affirmed that the Galaxy A56 would also eventually make its way to the market. Reports from last month had already indicated that the Galaxy A56 was on track for a US debut in the near future.

The Samsung Galaxy A56 is positioned as a compelling mid-range device, offering significant value for its price point. Key specifications include a vibrant 6.7-inch display, an Exynos 1580 chipset, and configurations providing up to 12GB of RAM alongside 256GB of onboard storage. Powering the device is a substantial battery, engineered to provide up to two days of usage on a single charge. Furthermore, it supports 45W wired fast charging, ensuring quick power replenishment.

Out of the box, the Galaxy A56 runs on Android 15 with Samsung’s One UI 7 interface. Samsung has also integrated several artificial intelligence (AI) features into the device, enhancing user experience with functionalities such as Object Eraser, Best Face, AI Select, and Google’s popular Circle to Search. The “Read aloud” feature also offers practical utility, leveraging text-to-speech conversion to audibly read webpages.

For interested consumers, the Samsung Galaxy A56 is now readily available. Prices for the device in the United States begin at $499, which converts to approximately €469 (based on current exchange rates). The smartphone is offered in two distinct color options: Awesome Lightgray and Awesome Graphite.
