Oppo F31 Pro and F31 Pro+ Unveiled With Huge 7,000mAh Batteries

As promised, Oppo today officially launched the F31 Pro and F31 Pro+ smartphones in the Indian market, introducing two new mid-range contenders with a strong focus on battery endurance and durability. While a standard F31 model was also anticipated, it has not yet appeared on the company’s official website.

Oppo F31 Pro: A Focus on Endurance and Durability

The Oppo F31 Pro is built to last, packing a massive 7,000 mAh battery supported by 80W wired charging. Durability is another key highlight, with the device boasting an impressive combination of IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance, all housed within what Oppo calls a “damage-proof 360-degree Armour Body.”

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy chipset. It features a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with a 1080×2372 resolution, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,400 nits. The camera setup includes a 50 MP main sensor with OIS, a 2 MP monochrome lens, and a 32 MP front-facing camera.

Available in Space Grey and Desert Gold, the Oppo F31 Pro is now up for pre-order with pricing set at INR 26,999 for the 8/128GB model, INR 28,999 for the 8/256GB version, and INR 30,999 for the 12/256GB configuration.

Oppo F31 Pro+: A Larger Screen and a Snapdragon Chip

The F31 Pro+ shares the same core features as its sibling, including the large battery and durability ratings, but offers key upgrades in the display and performance departments. It is equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and boasts a larger 6.79-inch AMOLED screen with a higher 1280×2800 resolution and 1,600-nit peak brightness.

Offered in Festival Pink, Himalayan White, and Gemstone Blue, the Pro+ model is slightly larger and heavier. It is available for pre-order at INR 32,999 for the 8/256GB version and INR 34,999 for the 12/256GB configuration.

As a launch promotion, both the F31 Pro and F31 Pro+ come with six months of free accidental and liquid damage protection.
