It boasts a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 2,600 nits. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, although it lacks the anti-reflective layer found on the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s display.
On the front, the S25 Edge includes a 12MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture, while the rear houses a 200MP main sensor (f/1.7, with OIS) and a 12MP ultrawide lens that doubles as a macro shooter. Notably, this model doesn’t feature a separate telephoto lens, though Samsung claims the main camera is capable of 2x optical-quality zoom.
Under the hood, the phone runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, accompanied by 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options of 256GB or 512GB using UFS 4.0 technology.
On the software front, the Galaxy S25 Edge ships with One UI 7 based on Android 15, and Samsung promises seven years of OS and security updates. It also includes the complete set of Galaxy AI tools, enhancing user experience with intelligent features.
Powering the device is a 3,900mAh battery, which supports 25W wired charging and wireless charging. The phone is also built with a titanium frame and comes with an IP rating for water and dust resistance.
The Galaxy S25 Edge is available now for pre-order in US, with general availability starting May 23. Prices begin at $1,099.99 for the 256GB model, while the 512GB variant is priced at $1,219.99. The phone comes in Titanium Silver, Titanium Jet Black, and Titanium Icy Blue color options.
