The HomePod mini 2 features the latest in Apple sound technology, connection with other Apple smart home devices, and Siri AI technology to power the whole ecosystem whether you’re using it for music, a home theater sound system, or simply as a hands-free home assistant. Pre-orders are open now, starting at $149, with the release date set on October 30, 2026.
Apple announced the details of the HomePod mini 2 alongside its Welcome Home event, which featured reveals of several smart home products. The HomePod mini 2 is set up to flawlessly connect to other HomePod mini 2s (up to four speakers set up as multi-room or surround sound). The device will come in pink, green, blue, white, and midnight colors.
